REFUND POLICY

At VARNEXO, we want you to be happy with your order.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is significantly different from what was shown on our website.

Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Order number
• Your name and phone number
• Photos/videos showing the problem

Please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be sent through the available payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may ask for your bank or mobile wallet details.

Return Shipping

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, VARNEXO will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged by the customer, altered, or returned after the return period.
